Shipping and Returns

At Precious Jewels, every order is shipped free of charge, worldwide, no minimum spend required. From the moment your piece leaves our atelier to the moment it arrives at your door, it's fully insured and carefully tracked every step of the way.

Delivery times

• Made-to-order pieces (most of our collection): delivered within 2 weeks of your order, worldwide.
• Ready-to-ship pieces: delivered within 5 working days, worldwide.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend reaching out to us before purchasing so we can advise on the best timeline for you.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey from our atelier to your hands.

Signature required

To keep your order safe, a signature is required upon delivery. This ensures your piece arrives securely into the right hands.

In-store pickup

Prefer to collect your order in person? In-store pickup is available at our Antwerp atelier. Simply let us know at checkout or get in touch beforehand, and we'll have everything ready for you.

We want you to love your Precious Jewels piece. As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, for a full refund by your original payment method. We extend returns to 30 days after delivery: a piece returned between day 15 and day 30 is refunded as store credit for orders under €2,500, and to your payment method for orders of €2,500 or more.

Eligibility

• Unworn and in its original condition, with all tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging, with any certificate and documentation

Engagement rings can be returned only if no engraving has been added. Personalised, engraved and custom-made pieces cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has begun, as each is made to your specifications; please check every detail before you order.

How to start a return: contact us before sending anything back; we confirm eligibility and guide you through every step. Return shipping is at your cost; use a tracked, insured service, as the piece remains your responsibility until we receive it. If your ring doesn't fit quite right, resizing is available as an alternative to a return.

• In-store: resizing is completely free when you visit us at our Antwerp atelier — simply bring your piece along with proof of purchase.
• By mail: a shipping fee of €150 applies to send your ring safely to and from our atelier.

Resizing is offered free of charge within 60 days of arrival. Please contact us to arrange the details.

Every piece from Precious Jewels comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects — including issues such as loose or defective stone settings, faulty clasps, and structural flaws in the metalwork that result from craftsmanship rather than everyday wear.

If you notice any of these issues within the warranty period, simply contact us and our team will assess your piece and arrange a repair at no additional cost. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidental impact, loss, or improper care — for these, our repair service is always available.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, with photos, so we can act as quickly as possible, and keep all original packaging and documentation. Every parcel is insured: a damaged or faulty piece is collected at our cost and repaired, replaced or refunded. This request does not limit your legal guarantee of conformity of two years.
