You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, and up to 30 days for store credit on orders under €2,500, as long as it is unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. Every Precious Jewels piece comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects — including loose or defective stone settings, faulty clasps, and structural flaws in the metalwork.

This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care, but our repair service is always available for these. If something's not right within the warranty period, simply contact us and we'll take care of it.
